Slowing down, like in "make it longer, but keep the pitch"? If so, Goldwave, Timewarp function.

I have the exact oposite problem. I have a cassette recording that plays too fast. I want to slow it down. Is there a way to "figure" out how fast it is running so I can slow it down the right amount?

    thanks,
    Mako

in premiere - there's a function called speed which allows the duration of a clip to altered. you simply play it to see if it sounds right and if it does - run with that degree of alteration

For Free, Audacity can do a pretty good job, too.
