  1. I have created a backup copy of a DVD using DVDFAB platinum onto hard disk (i.e VTS folder). Just before the menu kicks in there are various warning messages (copyright etc..), which seem to go on for ages!

Can I remove these using DVDFAB first?, or do I have to use another tool?

    Any help, please.

    Thanks.

No. Like Noahtuck recommended, VobBlanker will do the trick. I use it all the time to remove those pesky Studio Into & FBI warning clips. I even use to remove the protected by MV bragging clip. That gives me untold pleasure.

Download and install it. I don't know of any guides, but you can check it out under the tools section. Basicly, just select a titleset and in the pane below preview the various cells. Find the ones that contain the parts you want to blank out and blank them out. Save the results in another location (make sure you save them to a VIDEO_TS folder).

    Go to https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=VobBlanker .

Just under the changelog there's a section called "guides for this tools". 6 guides there.
    If in doubt, Google it.
