What is QC? I know what VBR is but what do you get when you put QC in front of it?

No. It's QC. I'm using MOVkit PSP Video Converter. Choices are CBR or QC VBR. Thanks!!!

CQ = Constant Quotient
QC = Quotient is Constat ?

QC-VBR may stand for Quality Controlled Variable Bitrate. From what I read elsewhere it sounds like a VBR encoding where you can specify minimum and maximum quantizers.
