Why no picture only sound in my ipod video?

Hi sorry if i post wrong topic here !
I was wondering why i cant se my movie in the ipod video?
I can only play sound no picture?
I have convert it to mpge4 but i when i use itune i can see the movie but not in the ipod...pls help me if...u know the answer...
