I am so tempted right now. It still has almost 2 days though.

    http://cgi.liquidation.com/auction/view?id=814814&convertTo=USD

I had to edit the title as more bids were placed. I'm gonna wait til tomorrow, If I can get the lot for <$120, I'll probably bid on it. They'll sell easily.

what were you thinking?Did you really think you would get these at $2 unit?

    still not bad at $54/unit

I meant $120 per unit. It says retail is $189, but I've seen these exact ones sell for up to $220.

Even at $60 per unit, I'd be making 200% in profit alone.

I'm staring at it and fiddling my hands like Indiana Jones at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark, while he's eyeing the idol.

I could take them to a swap meet out here and sell them in the weekend (probably just Saturday) for the list retail price. This is a liquidation site, so these may be from overstock, closing of a business or business estate sale, warehouse closing, etc. Most of this is wholesale price and the shipping is generally by freight. (IE: you buy a pallet of 20 computers) Since they are new and sealed in box, they'd be under manufacturer's warranty.

I'm more worried about what my wife is going to say to me if I get them. I haven't told her I want to get them. Even worse, she doesn't say anything at all!

Doramius - Have you ever done a transaction with liquidation.com? I was browsing some of the other items and they have 9 motors that are at $100 for the lot. I don't need that many, but that's a damn good deal.

The whipping isn't so bad. It's the handcuffs while she's boucing up and down that start to hurt.

She told me what the limit was. I put in an amount and instantly got outbid. I didn't even get a chance to be a high bidder for a while. You get to see your name as a bidder if you have the high bid for any amount of time. It's over $65 now. If anyone else gets them, I'll buy one from you for $10 or $15 over the final price per unit. I'll even cover the postage.

.co.uk is just a fancy way of the UK blocking out US porn & pop-ups.
