The Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 (Model 941) is on SALE at Circuit City. The sale is good through 03/18/2006
The price is $89.99 after $60.00 worth of mail in rebates so yes you must pay the full price of $149.99 up front and wait for the rebates but $89.99 for this is a great price.
The quality of the Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 is as good as the 250/350 PCI models.

Darn. I paid $99.99 after rebates for mine over a year ago, and still love it. If you can tolerate the lack of third party support and sometimes quirky install, it is one fine capture and tuner card.
