I am currently trying to do some video capture and encode it into xvid codec
So I capture the video with MPG2 at 720X480 resolution using a video capture card with a composite video cable coming out from my DVR Box
I edit the clips using ulead videostudio9 to cut out commericals and what have you and produces a 23 miniute video
What I want to know can I produce either 512X384 or 640X480 22 miniute video with High quality and around 200MB File. Is it possible? if so can you explain or give me a link on how to acomplish this task.
Also I have been reading different sites on how to configure xvid to get high quality and low file size, so can you help me out by telling me how to configure xvid correctly to get what im looking for
your help would be very much appericated
