Just wondering.
It took me a long time to get the right combination of drivers, software and order of instalation in Win2k before I could capture without dropping frames using any program (I prefer Vdub). I would like to put XP on my capture machine, but wanted to see what people think, if they are having the same issues I went through with 2k?
I have an Athlon 1.3 and 7200 80 Gig drive. I capture perfectly now with maybe 1-3 dropped frames in 1 1/2 hours, but sometimes no drops, and figured why fix it if it aint broken, but I just wanted to see what you guys thought...
Thanks

I have the radeon AIW with windows XP, vdub has worked perfect since day one of installing XP, I have an AMD 1600+xp with 512mb ddr, I can capture at any resolution using huffyuv or picvideo with 2-5 dropped frames per hour, which normal for audio sync.
