    Can anyone tell me how to backup or copy only selected chapters on 1 DVD to another without having to bakup entire DVD? A forum search for this soltuion found nothing. I have some DVD backups of VHS created on LiteOn 5005 DVD recorder from which I want to backup only certain chapters and not entire DVD.

    If the DVDR was pre-chaptered by the Lite-on recorder just use DVDDecrypter in IFO Mode.
    You'll need to re-author the clips later though.
    You may want to reconsider and rip the whole DVD then find a way to open it in DVDShrink...that way you can actually see and hear what chapter you are taking(preview).

    Edit and Re-author a DVD

    I rip to one VOB with DVDDecrypter (ifo or file mode, set file splitting to none) then edit and re-author with TDA.

    I'd use VOBBlanker to blank out the unwanted chapters. Fast, easy & free
