Any 1Click Blu-ray / HD-DVD method to extract selected Video/Audio streams?

Is there are simple Blu-ray / HD-DVD ripper out that can simply extract the desired Video and Audio stream to a single file (for playing off the PC)?

FYI I've got a combo Blu-ray / HD-DVD drive and Any DVD HD so I can copy the entire disk but I just want the main movie as I can do with DVD Decrypter on DVD's

In most cases, MP2 or VC-1, there is just one key m2ts file of perhaps 15GB+, in others two of perhaps 10-12GB. It's usually obvious .... but not always. I would love to understand Blu-Ray PGCs too!

Then, I suggest, use tsremux to extract video and audio streams and remux as TS which you can then convert as you wish

Since both HD-DVD and Blu-ray are the same video formats, is there a program that can convert from one format to the other by changting the file structure without re-compressing??
