    I have a couple of clips I need to encode for Quicktime Mac. What's the highest quality I can go to and which software should I use? Thanks!!!

    Okay. Then either app will do the job for you although ffmpegX may be tweaked for maximum quality. Keep the original pixel size. See this thread for more settings:
