    I have a DVD without Menu, so I used TMPEG to make a new DVD with menu.
    Will it loosing the quality ?

    You would only have lost quality if you had re-encoded the DVD using TMPGEnc.

    If you had only re-authored the DVD with TMPGEnc DVD Author, then no.
