  1. Here is my question I recorder the superbowl and put it on my computer and then i converted it to dvd. but the files are 8.14GB. and dvd shrink wont let me shrink it but only too 6GB. and i need to be able to put it on a 4.7GB dvd..

    anyone can help would be great

    How and what did you use to convert to DVD? Make it the proper size in the first place for best quality.

  6. I've recorded a lot of football games and converted them to DVDs, and I would think that DVD Shrink could get the files a bit closer to single-layer size than 6 gigs, starting with an 8.14 gig source file...

    You'd probably have to re-Shrink the file, though.

    DL is your best bet..you are trying to cram 4 hours on a single dvd. if you shrink it to half size you are going to see some nasties.
