    Hey, guys... I'm building my own machine and I'm looking for the best dual tv tuner out there. Money is not an issue. I've looked at two that are on my mind...

    Hauppauge 500 MCE
    Adaptec PVR 3610

    The Adaptec is USB(external) and the Hauppauge is internal... I'm just looking for advice... is external or internal better? Are there better cards out there? Thanks! Again... I emphasize the need for dual.

    One that comes to mind is the Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT. But its a PCI-E card only (and not available for PCI). Since you have a motherboard that supports PCI-E, that shouldnt be a problem.
