Hi, I have a flat panel LG 1730S (vga) and Crescendo systems 2200 Internal Transcoder to connect to TV (also uses VGA).
Videocard is PNY GF6800GT AGP and has a DVI-I and VGA outs.
So,transcoder uses VGA out, that leaves only DVI for monitor.
When I connect monitor using DVI>VGA adapter that came with videocard, and enable 2 monitors in Nview driver panel (clone), I get a picture on both screens, but the one on monitor is SO DARK, that at first I thought there is no signal at all.
Changing a brightness doesn't do much, and there is not much I can do in driver panel, too.
Tried also DVI>VGA to transcoder, VGA to monitor = no picture on TV...
Of course, transcoder allows to connect both monitor and TV through itself, but this way the picture is limited by the TV's resolution and I have to switch resolutions every time I want to watch movie or pla on TV...
So, how to make monitor screen not to appear so dark in his case?
