I’ve had problems backing up/burning my DVD’s and I don’t think it’s the media or the software, I think it’s the burner. I purchased a BUSlink DVRW412RD from Best Buy about a year ago. I also upgraded my operating system to XP. In device mgr. It lists my burner as a LiteOn-LDW-411S. I went to some forums that said it was either that, a 401 or a NEC something. If it says it’s a 411 in my device mgr. don’t you think that’s what it is. Well I upgraded the firmware for the 411 but that didn’t help, which brings me back to the original question Is it a 4ll?
