Im "copying" MPEG2 Transport Stream in IPTV, then I use Canopus ProCoder(because it have command-line automation) to convert MPEG2>WMV. How to building properties WMV with video bitrate 1024kbps (target) the best?.Can you help me?
Source properties:
Stream type: MPEG2 transport Stream
Frame Rate :25
Max bitrate: 10000 (VBR)
Video Frame Size:704x576
Aspect ratio:4x3
