Why is it that I get an error message on my DVD player when I put a Region 1 NTSC DVD in? It works fine if I make an image file on my computer and mount it, but it messes up when I burn it onto a disc. Even my computer can't read it when it's burnt onto a disc.

What kind of error message are you getting. What programs are you using to rip them and burn ? What kind of media are you using?

I made an image file and I'm using Alcohol 120% to burn it. I guess I could try a different program if it's the Alcohol thats messing it up.
