sorry Im new here, so i dont know where to post this. I have this lightly scratched dvd on the bottom, and only 1 of my 4 dvd players can play it....

My problem is it gets choppy for 3 of my players but the other one is fine. Is it cause my dvd player is higher end?( lol the working player is the cheapest one of the 4 as well)

  2. I use Novus Scratch Remover #2(search google) but some people say DiskMender works. If you want to make a backup use DVDFab Decrypter to rip.

If you can, then that is what I would do.

If not, then try to repair it with a disc doctor or something like that.

if i reburn it, will the new dvd be choppy as well? Im not really sure if the scratch is a big part of it..

the scratch is in the outpart of the dvd and the choppy part is in the begining ( meaning the data should be closer to the inner circle)
