  1. what software/freeware do i need to convert any type of video into a flash movie file?

    As its a proprietary format...I would expect that you need the actual flash software.

    Have you looked in the HOW TO / CONVERT section?

  3. yes, i've looked into that. and searched google... all i see is flash into video and no video to flash...

    so tell me what software do i need?

  4. Sorenson Squeeze has this capability. But, the trial version leaves a watermark on the final video.
