I'd like to back up a dvd from my collection (goodfellas) that, when played through my player, requires that I flip the dvd over in the middle of the movie.
My typical back up method calls for me to:
1. shrink the movie to size with DVD Shrink 3.2
2. create the iso with Folder2iso
and
3. burn the movie
Does anyone know if there is a way to when performing step 1, to combine the chapters from both sides of the dvd??

Basically, it's a 2 DVD to one "dilemma".
Rip 2nd side to HDD to ISO with DVDDecrypter.
Open first side in reauthor mode in DVDShrink, select main title.
Open the ISO of side 2 and add main title, then shrink to ISO and burn.
Downside, you won't get a menu, and have to manually select title 2 with the remote after first part has finished.
Of course, you could do some fancy reauthoring, but that's a different story.
