TOOLS section for STILL/MOTION GRAPHICS SOFTWARE ?

With as much as people create DVD menus and DVD cases, can we have a section for graphics software? One that includes software both for stills or rendered motion graphics?

Adobe Photoshop, for example, great graphics software..
Adobe After Effects would probably fit better here too, graphics rendering.

Another bunch that would fit:
Ulead PhotoImpact
Genuine Fractals

I'm sure our members could name their own favorites too, for creating artwork for DVD menus and DVD cases.

Similarly..

I was running suggestions along the line for Digital Still Cameras and
Graphics Software.. and anything to do with both, because they can be
used for DVD Menus / Covers / Arts, etc.

(but that's mainly on account of my bias.. cause I have a dig camera now)

Tools section or forum or whatever, dedicated to graphics would be nice. I have my favorite tools (Realdraw pro for photochopping) but was recently looking to compare tools for special effects on buttons rather than video effects. Would be nice to have a place that tells you which programs specialize in what.
