problem to capture with ge2 force 7100 combi ??

Hi!
currently i have a Geforce 3 / philips 7102 combi
i think it should be more or less the same.
although i have 1,8 GHZ pentium 4, 80 gig ATA-100 HD, 256 SDRAM.

the card won't capture either.
out of 125 frames, 25 are dropped. ALWAYS. no matter how i set the resolution, it's the same dropping rate at
160 x .... or 720 x ......
i tried so much codecs.. no compression at all. different setings.. different hd to save onto..
always the same amount of dropped frames. SHIT!!!!!!!!!!
thaT's all i can say now.
i hope anyone has help for both of us.
i couldn't find any specs for this
philips 7102 tv in/out thing either.. so i don't know if it is just to weak.

help would be appreciated.
