a video that i am trying to cap has a tape warble (i guess that is what one would call this) in it. it is very annoying and i was wondering if there is an easy way to remove it. filters are a go but hardware isnt because i am rather poor.
here is a you send it link to a 3 second clip of the file.

if i cannot remove it, then so be it.
thanks

Looks like the result of dirty recording or playback heads. Are you capturing it from a tape? If so, have you tried playing it on a different machine?
If the whole video is like that, I don't know of any way to filter it out. -
i have tried a different machine and the warble varies from machine to machine. i am going to try a stand alone today that i have had good results with. granted the video will be pixelated, at least that crap wont be on it.
