Thanks for looking at my question

A friend of mine gave me a disk called Canops Video FX. It looked like a legit purchased copy. I installed it per the pdf file on the cd. It says that it will work with adobe premiere but when I looke in the instructions of how to get it to use the new transitions it doesn't say it just refers me to adobe that just says "add plugins to plugins folder" I tried dropping the folder of video fx into plugins and that of course didn't work. Any other suggestions of what I am doing wrong.

Did the CD do an autorun, and default you to the Premiere plugins folder??
What does the document say about what version of Premiere to use this with??
If all else fails, try to copy the .AEX (or whatever the file extension was called) into the plugins folder..

    The file did autorun.
It created a program called videofx organizer which lets you see the different transitions but the autorun program didn't say anything about other software including premiere. I am using premiere pro and it said it would work in premiere pro. I tried dropping the entire folder in as well as individual files. Not suprisingly neither worked

  4. Did it go through any type of setup routine? As in, While it was installing ask you to select you Premier Pro Plugin Folder?
