When I use Force Film in dvd2avi to rip vobs I know it changes the frame rate to 23.96 frames which works great for svcd with 3:2 pulldown. But if I make a vcd at 23.96 frames in goes out of sync on my home player. Without having to remake a project file in DVD2avi for tmpenc is there a certain setting in tmpenc to turn the film back into 29.97 frames for vcd? THANKS!!
