Another Ebay gripe while I'm at it

I recently listed an item on my mate's account and did all the hard work creating the description and taking photo's/hosting etc. I listed the item for him and soon saw some twat had copied it and his item ended an hour or so before my mate's so it would obviously attract higher bidders and he'd be left with sloppy seconds . The cheeky twat had even left in my bullshit part about it being an unwanted birthday present

I know this isn't allowed so reported it on Nov 7th and again on Nov 8th after I eventually found a better way to report it. The item ended on the 13th and Ebay only responded a few days ago (21st) saying they have took appropiate action but as usual they never tell you what they have done if anything

A quick check showed the item is now removed but what ******* use is that now the bidding is over and he took advantage of my description layout that was much better than the others?

add to the fact the buyer isn't paying ( https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=285549 ) and I had to work myself through the maze again to get to customer support then Ebay ******* sucks

I was going to link to the item to show you how I fucked up his page was after I modified the images he had linked to. I only edited one at first but as Ebay done **** all I just took the piss instead . He couldn't edit his description so I guess I went a little OTT but it was ******* funny messing up his description. I just added the photos again to my mate's description but it probably had an effect on his bidding price but he was cool about it . The copied item has completely gone probably due to it being a copy but here's the 4 copied photos that were in his description . There was also an SWF file he's copied so I even modified that also

what is ******* unreal is that someone still put in a high bid for his item . By the way do you think I said enough in the pics about the postage being £2 cheaper?

I did get the same response from someone before. Again it was selling for a friend . The guy reckoned that the seat cover for a motorbike was cracked and worn which was bullshit. I told him bullshit and expected a negative feedback. Instead I found out a day or so later he was no longer a registered user of Ebay and lost his rating

You should have altered the pics to say something like the seller likes to touch young boys and included a picture of Micheal Jackson. It's been done before.
