Hi. I want to rip my DVD, converting it into an AVI with AC3 sound.
Let's suppose I ripped a VOB set and, on 'Stream Information' , I see that there is a delay (say -80 ms).
If I, say with DVD2AVIdg, create my D2V file I'll use to extract the video and I demux , simultaneously, the AC3 stream I want to insert in my AVI file, will be that AC3 stream in sync with the video or will it have the -80 ms delay I read on the 'Stream Information' file?
If it will be out-of-sync, how can I fix it, to have a correct AC3 stream I can insert in my video inserting it in the AVI, say, with VirtualDubMod?

Hi-
If you're getting the AC3 from DGIndex, then ignore the delay as given by DVD Decrypter, and use the one (if any) as given in the name of the AC3 file demuxed by DGIndex.
If you're really using something called DVD2AVIdg, then you should switch to the latest DGIndex for the same purpose. Don't forget to also upgrade the DGDecode.dll at the same time, if using AviSynth.
