Hi,
While I was looking at the "Computer DVD Writer feature and user comments list"
https://www.videohelp.com/dvdwriters.php?DVDname=&cdrs=&cdrws=&dvdrs=&dvdrws=&dvdrsdl=&...earch&country=
I found 2 numbers at the Rating/Comments column.
For example,
Plextor PX-504A got rating 8.9 (0.0)
I/O Magic External 16X DVD±RW/±R (IDVD16DDME) got rating 0.0 (9.7)
How to interpret the meaning of the numbers not bracketed/bracketed ? Why 2 rating numbers exist for each listed model ?

Rating
The first rating is based on a weighted rank (the true Bayesian), it requires at least 5 votes to get a weighted rating.
The second rating between the ( ) is a normal average rating.
from the bottom of the dvd writer list.
the plextor rating (0.0) must be a bug.... -
