Im looking for the best software to stick web pages in the web engines and not just for the usa but for china, japan, brazil etc. Also i need a software where i can send out emails to multiple people and that lets you sort emails by catorgory.

Most have a subit it link, best thing is to have incoming links from other sites that are already indexed. AFAIK there's no software that will "stick" pages in an index, you need to "invite" them.

Also i need a software where i can send out emails to multiple people and that lets you sort emails by catorgory.

Every emial client I have used can do that. OE for example has a grooupo setting. You just add wahtever contact you want to the group. Sorting can be done either right in the inbox pane or can be done using the filter. You can send them to a custom folder depending on the filter you set up.
