I was hoping someone could clear something up for me. I ran into a problem with Bewitched, Stealth, and now Madagascar using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. I was reading and found out that it was because of Sony's new protection. I seen were some was having luck with DVD2one so I downloaded it and it worked fine shrinking it from the folder that Decrypter put it. My question was if this is a new form of protection how come Decrypter works fine at decrypting it but DVD Shrink cannot shrink it to fit on a disk? Also DVD2one does not decrypt but worked fine at shrinking and burning a disk? Is this really not a protection but more like a structure issue?

  2. run anydvd in the background with dvddecrypter, its over a year old,and not the king of rippers it used to be.
or use dvdfab decrypter, its better at the job now,and free.
then use dvd2one v1.52 to remove the stupid sized cells that are left.
theres a few guides out for it,just have to use the search feature,or go to afterdawn.com or club.cdfreaks.com .
they have more forums on specialised ripping and the like.

  3. I had great luck by:

    1. Ripping Mad. with DVD Decrypter in File mode.
    2. Using Vob Blanker to "fix" the problem Vob
    3. Shink (or Re-authour) and burn with DVD shrink.

    Worked great.

  4. Madagascar (Full Screen) version worked for me by using DVDecrypter in file mode, then the latest CloneDVD2 to remove trailers, ect. Finally re-encoded it using DVDRebuilder and CCE. No special updates were required for me.
