stuck with ntsc problem!

hi

i have a dvd video that's recorded on a dvd recorder (pal i assume)

i need to convert to ntsc

any ideas?

I have tmpg enc which offers a ntsc option for conversion from avi to mp2.

would this perhaps do the trick?
