  1. OK here is my problem. I am currently converting .ogm files to .avi using virtualdubmod. Everything is fine except I want to add the subtitles I ripped from the .ogm file to the future dvd as an option (in case I want to turn subtitling on). I usually use Nerovision Xpress since it's the easiest for me when creating dvd's but it doesn't have a subtitle option. Is there any way to get the subtitles added on to the movie files (but not as a permanent fixture on the video) so that I can turn them on when I want?

  2. You need an authoring prog with a subtitle option. GUIforDvdAuthor is one, there are many others.

  3. do you know of any others? I'm trying to find the easiest way to do this. It's actually 2 different seasons that I want to fit on 2 seperate discs so it's several files that all need to have the subtitile option

use an all-in-one tool with switchable sub support like divxtodvd,thefilmmachine,diko,avi2dvd.
