I have a mpg 352x196, when I burned with tmpgenc with VCD template and put "16:9" the image in my computer is small. When I put in radlight 4:3 it looks ok.
I want to know if all vcds looks small in computer if you put original format and full screen and in creal complete sreen in tvs??
