    how can i run svcd2dvd on an computer without internet connection?

    I've never used the program but I'd suggest contacting

    You should be sorted now. Correct?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
