    You're doing what now ?

Back up the truck a little .......

You're using nero to do what ? Burn as a Data DVD ? Letting Nero re-encode your MPEGs ?

Regular DVDs are authored and have menus, so you're using one of Nero's authoring tools ? NeroVision Express maybe ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

oki. just put it this way... I need a program so I can put multiple videos on a dvd cd. Now I want it to play accordingly from first to last. At the same tme have it like scene selection section.

See if your DVD player can play raw MPEG - https://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers

If not, you'll need to make your videos DVD-compliant if they're not already - https://www.videohelp.com/dvd

Then you'll need to author them - guides and tools are in the relevant headings to the left. Your authoring software should allow you to make a basic scene selection menu, but also have a Play All button so that each clip plays one after the other. One other way to do this is to put all your clips in the one track.

As for VCD, similar thing - it's all about how you author it.
    If in doubt, Google it.
