    whenever i try to rip a DVD and use smart ripper, when it starts ripping it says "No keys found to this encrypted file !"
    what the hell is going on????

    did you watch part of the movie first before starting smartripper?
    I usually watch the start of the first few chapters then close the player and start smartripper, if that doesn't work try another ripper, I usually use claddvd as my backup. But you must watch part of the movie to unlock it.
