For imprinting subtitles in XVID files (from DVD source not srt) i today use AutoGK and I love it. It's very simple and have a job queue that can be edited while running.
My question is if there is tool that let me do the same thing but for h264 in mp4 container.

Yep, FairUse Wizard! You need the full version or the old free adware version http://download.videohelp.com/download/FU-Setup28.exe .
Or use xvid4psp, but you must extract the subs using vsrip first and then import in xvidpsp.
Or try staxrip. -
I wonder.. U mentioning staxrip... In the configuration of the container for MP4 U can add a srt-file, and further add a text-file containing chapters...
I have seen it before and I just saw it today... Anyone knows if it actually works? It's not imprints of the subs, right? And jumping between chapters would be more than nice (better than 20* FF
