    good morning
    this may sound like a stupid question, but, when using Nero Start Smart, which prog do I use just to burn my already authored Video TS folder

    Nero Burning ROM is the one you're after. Personally I think Nero Express is a bit easier to understand, with this guide:

    Agree with jimmalenko-go with Express-easier.
    Open Nero Express-select DVD Video-go Add-browse to your VIDEO_TS folder-double click to open-then either right click and select all or hold left mouse button down and drag to select all. Click next and then press burn.
