Mp3 player owners - do you transfer whole albums or singles?

So I bought myself a used RIO S11 mp3 flash player the other week on EBAY for $40. I LOVE IT! I even got a 256mb sd card with it. I bought a 512mb card last weekend and use it regularly. I'm looking to buy more cards eventually.

So do you copy entire albums to your player or do you pick and choose which songs you want???

I have about 4gb of mp3's on my desktop (mostly from cds but I've copied a few of my old cassettes to mp3 as well). I like having whole albums on because I use random play and get to each song in time. How about you?? (also it would be to long to hunt for favorites when you can just dump the whole folder in the player)

If I had a high storage like the ipod I'd do my entire collection (somewhere around 6gigs I think) otherwise I'd just do favs.

I have the whole collection on my 40 gig (about 70 percent full). Random songs for the workout mp3 player.

I just put the whole thing. Plus, I mostly just got the oldies where EVERY song was worth listening (boy do I miss those days).

very rare that all the albums tracks that I want to listen. Maybe I need something to transfer them onto anyway

i have a 20 gig iriver H10, and i love it. better than any ipod.

but, i almost always put the whole album, i rarely put just a single song. unless all i have is the single song.
