    Everyone knows the 0 transform filter for Vdub? Where you can crop? Is there one for TMPG that does the same thing?

    Is this what you are looking for?
    Open TMPGEnc and load Video(and audio) source files.
    Click on Setting.
    Under Advanced Tab, select Clip frame (double click).
    Enter your values in the Clip frame dialog box.
