Can i convert surrond sound to VCD,SVCD?
How do i do, Same on how i can edit sound to that to?

Okey, let make it clear. I have a video with sound and want to make the sound to a surround sound and then put it in to the VCD, SVCD file.

I am not into ripping DVDs and so on.
Need a good software to edit surround audio.

You can use nuendo by steinberg to generate 6 individual tracks-left front, right front, etc., and you can then use sonic foundry's soft encode to encode it to AC3 format. After that I'm lost. I can provide test ac3 if needed.
