I am using TMPGenc DVD Author, it plays OK when previewing and editing, but once I author it, then play the movie it fails. It freezes about 30 seconds into the movie, I've tried deleting some frames and then authoring again. Same problem around about the same place.
This site mentions VDUB-MP3-FREEZE, but I can't seem to follow the instructions and my movie files are in different fomat. Can I simply open MPEG files and test or open and test the video_ts files
Original source : VR format (bup, ifo, vro extensions) - filmed using Sony DVD Handycam
TDA Imports each disk side as a Clips, leaving a whole lot of mpeg files on hard drive, these each represent a chapter I guess
TDA Output - creates audio_ts and video_ts folders containing files with ifo, vob, and bup extensions
I've giving up burning on RW disk, I just check using Intervideo WinDVD Player on the PC. Always freezes approx 30 secs in
I've already created anoher DVD using the same process with no apparent probs
So I guess i have bad frames, any suggestions on what I can do do repair the files/frames
Thanks in advance
