    I used to have to manually switch to Nero to burn DVDs after backing up. Now DVD shrink seems to do the burning too. It doesn't appear to be Nero burning the DVD. Is this something new? I wasn't expecting it.

    if you recently updated to the latest version and have Nero installed, the flag for auto-nero burning seems to be turned on by default.
