annoying audio sync problem after muxing

i encoded 2 xvid avis in cce and it went fine.
after it i muxed the audio and video with imagompeg muxer and i had an audio sync problem.
i tried using delay with belight and at first it seem to works and after about a minute its out of sync again.
pls help

sounds like corrupt audio to me if it is dropping out of sync like that.

you have any idea how to see if it corrupted?

1. Load the demuxed files in MPEG2Schnitt or cuttermaran and check if everything is ok.
2. Try another muxer (some mux programs have problems with a file where others work and vice versa...)

i think that the problem is because if that my video file and my audio files are not aint get the same time
my video is shorter then my audio

Yes, but the question is why!
Maybe you have used different frame rates for the encoding with cce as what was used in the source material.

Yes, or you would have to change the audio frame rate accordingly too. But if possible I would never change frame rates, as the encoder has to drop or double frames of the source to match the new frame rate. This results in either flicker or (if the encoder tries to 'interpolate' the frames) blurring of motion.

i cant enter movies with diff frame rate (ntsc and pal) together...
im authoring with tmpgenc

IIRC also TDA can use different titlesets. I think you need to add the two videos in two different tracks (left side of the main window). Otherwise you may try GfD... or ask this question as a new topic (the TDA specialists will give you the answer very fast )
