Simple program question

Could someone please tell me the name (and also where to download it) of the program that helps bypass protected DVDs. It's the one that has the little yellow face at the bottom right of the screen and when you put a copy protected dvd into your drive it goes red and totally evil looking and then goes green when it's sorted out the copy protection!
