    downloaded an album through MSN.Did not know that I could not transfer it to cd nor convert it for my ipod. Any options.This kinda crap almost makes me go to p2p instead of buying.

    I haven't bought from MSN, but are you 100% sure that you can't burn a regular audio CD from it? You may have to use Windows Media Player to do the burning, but it really should be possible. I have downloaded WMA files that were DRM protected and they all allowed you to burn a limited number of CDs. If you can burn it to an audio CD, of course you could then rip that CD to AAC or MP3 for your ipod.

    I tried window media to burn it.I'll try again.
