I am guessing, without knowing any details (as you have chosen not to provide much in the way of useful information), that your source audio is VBR MP3 (use g-spot to check this out). Most encoders have a problem with this type of compression. Some will convert it, but loose sync, others just die.
Use virtualdub to extract the audio as an uncompressed wav file, then use this as your audio track instead of the mp3 one. All should then be well.
By the way, DVD Architect (and the associated Vegas editing software that comes with it) are overkill, both ability and price wise for simple authoring of anime. You would have been better off with TDA or DVD Lab Studio, and the extra cash, instead.Read my blog here.

ive tried extracting the audio, used it as wav, used it as mp3, but to no avail.the audio is still advance (2 or 3 sec i guess)

If it is contantly 2 - 3 seconds out the whole way through then you need to alter the delay in the audio. I can't find a way to do this in DVD Architect, so you need to add the delay in an audio editor first.
Are you sure you used uncompressed wav ?Read my blog here.

not really sure,i just used wt wav the virtualdub output.
wt audio editor should i use? -
and from avi i use winavi video converter to make my avi into vob files

Take the .WAV file and the Video and Encode it within Vegas, then use That in DVD Architect.

canadateck is right -- only way you bought DVDA is to buy it with Vegas -- do all the encoding in vegas and import it into DVDA .. you can add delay if you need to that way ..
dont use DVDA for encoding .. as not as much adjustment as in vegas --
as as mentioned .. way overkill for your needs , you could have saved the 600-800$"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650) -
iv finally got it,been busy reauthoring. my winavi video converter had some corrupted files that doesnt sync well with DA3.iv just upgraded my winavi video converter into version 7(latest) and prob solve =)

Here is another alternatives that you can consider. Depending on your anime format (e.g. NTSC), use TMPGenc to encode to MPEG. Load a NTSC template and make sure that you unlock the template and set the audio 48khz in order to be DVD compliance. This way, you can avoid audio sync issue. Then you can use any DVD authoring program(TDA, DVDLab, DVD Architect) to make your DVD.
You can speed up your encoding by launching several TMPenc and convert several episodes at one go.
