Does any of you know a Software to play DVDs that handles the Dolby Digital 5.1 ac3 audio format ( 3 channels of 2, or 6 channels of one audio track ), that can show us leds of each of those tracks while playing a DVD?

Well I don't know of any that will show it while the disc is playing. You could check to see if your soundcard has some option for that if its multichannel.
Another option would be to rip the dvd and extract the audio to wav or mp3 using besweet. Then load the wav files (select 6 mono wavs) into a program like audacity to analyze them.Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
