Big avi file wont encode

I am trying enco a avi file thats 600 mb over to psp format, but when i press encode all i get is this; Sat Sep 10 15:36:22 CEST 2005

Then nothing happends. It kind of likes freezes. I let it go for 1 hour and 20 min and when i came back it stil said that and was stil on 0%. Some help plz?

Ok, the only thing i get out of it now is audio! I open it as mp4 but there is only audio no video. Whats wrong somebody plz?

Do you have any mean of sending me to major4@mac.com a link to download your source movie or a clip of it, so as I can test.
